An immersive general session environment for IGEL's "Now and Next" conference that transformed a standard hotel ballroom into a branded experience.

Challenge

IGEL wanted to create an immersive general session environment that would feel premium and visually distinctive. Pattern-based lighting and scenic elements needed to transform a standard hotel ballroom into a branded experience.

Solution

Show Gear designed a complete stage environment featuring a wide LED center screen with branded visuals, complemented by decorative scenic panels using custom gobo patterns. Warm amber tones and projected organic patterns created a layered, immersive atmosphere.

Execution

The production included a high-resolution LED main screen, custom scenic side panels with branded texture patterns, a full theatrical lighting package with moving fixtures and gobo projections, and complete audio reinforcement.

The general session delivered an elevated, immersive experience that transformed a conventional ballroom into a branded environment, reinforcing IGEL's positioning as a forward-thinking technology company.
